Reservations
For your convenience, we recommend that you call to reserve your appointments in advance and book your next service in advance prior to leaving Rejuvenations This will ensure that you receive the day and time with your spa technician that works best for your schedule. We recommend that you plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your reserved time with us. In the event that you are late for your appointment, it may be necessary to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations/No-Shows
Failure to show for your appointment or cancel within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled services. In the event you fail to keep your scheduled appointment, any future appointments will need to be held with a credit card at the time your appointment is scheduled to guarantee your service time.
